These bars taste great. And I don’t mean taste great in a healthy sort of way, I’m talking about a sugary, candy bar, unhealthy sort of way. I use these as part of my P90X training regimen (there about half the price of the P90X bars). Just had my first one and was pleasantly surprised!! Logged into Amazon to see if they had better prices than Walmart, not on this one unfortunately. Like other reviewers mentioned, it is the best protein bar I have had so far also. It is smaller, tasty and easier to eat compared to others. Will be getting more if I can get into the gym regularly :) ~

I just changed my subscribe and save to 4 double packages a month, great way to fit in small meals throughout the day. One slight problem is that they can give digestion isssues due to the sugar alcohols, so if your sensitive to sugar alcohols see how they affect you before buying a lot.

I agree with the previous reviewer. Both, the strawberry and the blueberry bars, have a goo-like layer of “fruit” filling. It does not taste very good, and simply does not feel right when I eat it. Even though the strawberry bar is probably the best out of Pure Protein bars nutritionally, I cannot recommend it.
